Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once we have received written confirmation from both parties.

We reserve the right to decline a booking if we feel the environment is not suitable for the welfare of our ponies or the safety of participants.

Event Details

​

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue is suitable for our ponies, including adequate space, safe access, and appropriate ground conditions.

Any changes to event details (such as time, location, or guest numbers) must be communicated in advance.

Animal Welfare & Safety

​

The welfare of our ponies is our highest priority.

​

We reserve the right to modify or end an activity at any time if we believe it is unsafe or may cause distress to our animals or participants.

​

All interactions with our ponies must follow guidance provided by our team on the day.

​

Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

Cancellations

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

​

Cancellations made at short notice may be subject to a fee depending on preparation and travel already undertaken.

Weather Conditions

​

As our services often take place outdoors, certain weather conditions may affect the booking.

​

We will always prioritise safety and may suggest rescheduling in the event of extreme weather.

Liability

​

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Ponies & Plaits cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
